WONC is one initiative that supports the personal and professional development of young women, 14-27 years of age. Each year, one young woman is recognized for her accomplishments and community support; and is awarded a grant to further support her business or educational goals.
Our Mission
To help young women reach their full potential through workshops, community service, social events and mentoring sessions with a focus on personal development and entrepreneurship.
